Project Center Rincon
Realization of a small-scale new construction project in the center of Rincon, Bonaire.
The project comprises a total of eight homes on privately owned land, each constructed as four semi-detached houses. The lots have an average size of approximately 220 m². Pre-sales are scheduled to begin in late Q4 2025. These homes fall within an affordable price range and, including ABB, are offered for less than $250,000.
